How to use the Allstar Link for SEMNARC members using the Sumner repeater (444.525+ DCS172)
Control by sending DTMF tones using the keypad on your mic or front of HT while transmitting. To see what node (hub) the Sumner repeater is currently connected to click https://stats.allstarlink.org/stats/67805 then click on the connected node number for the list of other repeaters connected to that hub. Also *70 will give you the current connected node.
Connecting to other nodes
*3+ node number — Connects your node to another AllStar node.- Works for hubs, reflectors, repeaters, or individual nodes.
Example:
- Dial
*3 410320to link to the MN-Hub.
Disconnecting links
*1+ node number — Disconnects only the specific node you linked to.*10— Disconnects all active links on your node.
Examples:
- Dial
*1 410320to disconnect only the MN-Hub. - Dial
*10to disconnect every link at once.
Important: If another station or node is also linked to your node (for example, node 67805):
*10will drop everyone on the the local node. I.E. the SEMANRC repeater.*1+ the node you connected to will drop only your link, leaving other users connected.
